准备七个小沙包，将六个撒在地上，然后将手中那颗往上抛，趁其还未落下，赶往地上紧抓一颗，然后再接住空中那一颗 。以此类推，抛一颗抓两颗接三颗，或抛一颗抓五颗接六颗，数量越多难度越高。游戏结束前需“秤斤”，将七颗往上抛 ，然后以手背接住，再往上抛，这次以掌心接住，接到多少就是多少斤。
